Roll Ice Cream Factory collaborates with "Detective Pikachu" movie! Limited time menu available from tomorrow, April 24th.

Something NEW, operator of Japan's first rolled ice cream specialty store "ROLL ICE CREAM FACTORY," is collaborating with "Detective Pikachu," the much talked-about first live-action film ( released in Japan on Friday, May 3). Starting tomorrow, April 24 (Wed.), the limited-time collaboration menu "'Detective Pikachu' Rolled Ice Cream" will be on sale. The menu will be available until Friday, May 10.

Roll Ice Cream Factory is Japan's first rolled ice cream specialty store, with seven stores nationwide. In addition to the fun of rolling up the base ice cream on a cold plate chilled to minus 10 degrees Celsius or lower, customers can choose the base ice cream, mix-in sweets and fruits, toppings, and sauces to create the world's one and only original rolled ice cream. The first store, which celebrated its first anniversary, is now open. The first store (Omotesando, Harajuku), which celebrated its first anniversary, still has a long line of customers, and last summer, the longest line lasted up to 7 hours (!?). Last summer, customers waited in line for up to 7 hours (!).

The "Detective Pikachu" Rolled Ice Cream, which will be available from April 24 (Wed.), is topped with yellow peaches and strawberries in the image of Pikachu, who has a yellow body and impressive red cheeks. The whipped cream is topped with crackling candies that resemble the electricity Pikachu emits. Furthermore, topped with a cute neon sign special pick & Pikachu marshmallow, this special menu is a must-have for Pokemon fans and is served in a limited-edition cup.

Also, during the sales period, the Omotesando store in Harajuku and the Shinkyogoku store in Kyoto will be redecorated as the "'Detective Pikachu' Ice Cream Roll Factory!　The staff will be dressed in cute "Detective Pikachu" T-shirts, and Pokémon from the movie will appear in the stores, where you can take commemorative photos of your favorite Pokémon and rolled ice cream at the photo spot.

<Story
Tim (Justice Smith) used to be a boy who loved Pokemon, but after going to investigate a case involving Pokemon, he started to keep his father, Harry, who never came home, and Pokemon away from him. Years later, as an adult, Tim receives a phone call one day from Lieutenant Yoshida (Ken Watanabe), who used to work with Harry. His father died in an accident.
