The game "ISLAND" is based on the popular PC game brand "Front Wing", the creators of the "Grisaia" series, and is set on a remote island called "Urashima". In March 2016, the TV anime adaptation was announced prior to the release of the original game, and the clever scenario with numerous foreshadowing elements has attracted a great deal of attention.

The staff of the TV anime version is directed by Keiichiro Kawaguchi of "Frame Arms Girl" fame. Series composition is by Toshihisa Arakawa of "There is a problem in this art club! The TV anime "ISLAND," which aired in the summer of 2018, held a fan meeting on Saturday, March 16 at Hino Brick Hall (Hino Civic Hall).
