Spring Anime "Kono Oto Tomare! Digest video of the first half of the story is now available!

The TV anime "Kono Oto Tomare!", which began airing on April 6, 2019 (Saturday) has released a digest video summarizing the story of episodes 1 to 4 that have been aired so far.

The "Kono Oto Tomare!" is a manga written by Amieu and set in the Tokise High School Koto Club, which is on the verge of being closed down. The CD "Kono Oto Tomare," released on March 8, 2017, is a compilation of the story of a young girl who is a koto prodigy! ~Tokise High School Koto Club" won the Excellence Award in the Record Division of the 72nd Japan Arts Festival, as well as the 32nd Japan Gold Disc Award for Pure Japanese Music Album of the Year.
Platinum Vision, an up-and-coming studio that has produced "SERVAMP," "Saiyuki RELOAD BLAST," and "Devil's Line," will be in charge of animation production.

A digest video summarizing the story of the first four episodes broadcast so far has now been released.
The story takes place at Tokise High School's koto club, which is on the verge of being closed down, when the club's only member, Musashi Kurata, is joined by a delinquent boy named Chika Kurata and a koto prodigy named Satowa Houzuki.

Four episodes of the TV anime "Kono Oto Tomare! The video summarizing the first half of the story, which is the "beginning" of the story, has been released in preparation for the fifth episode "Hibiki de Bokura no Oto (Let Our Sound Be Resonant)," which will be broadcast sequentially from May 4 (Sat), 2012. The narration by Musashi Kurata, played by Junya Enoki, is newly recorded.
For those who have not yet seen the anime, the video is a must-see, packed with the charm of the story of high school students who devote their youth to the koto.

Digest Video

The Blu-ray series Vol. 1 to Vol. 4 will be released on June 26 (Wed.) in consecutive monthly installments.
In addition, a special event will be held on August 10 (Sat.) at the Kanagawa Prefectural Hall. The cast includes Yuma Uchida (Ai Kudo/ED theme artist), Junya Enoki (Musashi Kurata), Atsumi Tanazaki (Satowa Hozuki), Haruki Ishitani (Saneyasu Adachi), Yuichi Iguchi (Kouta Mizuhara), Sara Matsumoto (Kurusu Kiro), and Shota Aoi (Mio Kanzaki/OP theme artist). The event will also feature the OP theme "Tone" and "E". The OP theme "Tone" and ED theme "Speechless" will be performed live at the event, so be sure to check them out.
