PS4 "New Sakura Wars" and information on "Oboro," a senior descendant who will be an enemy of the Imperial Kagekidan!

SEGA Games, Inc. has released information on "Oboro," a senior descendant who has appeared in the Imperial Capital, for the PlayStation 4 action-and-venture "New Sakura Wars," scheduled for release on December 12, 2019.

New Sakura Taisen" is a dramatic 3D action adventure set in the fictional "Taisho Era" Imperial City of Tokyo, and follows the exploits of the "Imperial Kagekidan" as they fight against evil. The main character design is by Kubo Taito, known as the creator of the manga "BLEACH" serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (published by Shueisha). The music is by Kouhei Tanaka, who has provided many songs for previous titles in the series. The story will be composed by Ishiijiro, who is active in a variety of media, including games, TV animation, and movies.

The figure revealed this time is that of "Oboro," a senior demon who will be the antagonist of the main character "Teikoku Kagekidan" in "Shin Sakura Taisen.

Oboro (CV: Daisuke Kishio)
Oboro is a high-level demon who suddenly appears in the Imperial Capital along with Yasha. Oboro is arrogant and haughty, and has a twisted mind that delights in inflicting fear and despair on people. He specializes in "illusions" created by his superior magical power, and uses various illusions to torment those who oppose him, and then ensures that he finishes them off. He is a puppet soldier, and his aircraft is the "Puppeteer Aratotsu".

Oboro drives a flying puppet soldier that constantly flies in the air. It is characterized by its skirted armor in the shape of a giant hand, and its various attacks from small, remote-controlled weapons and magic tricks cause the Hanagumi a great deal of pain.

Puppet Kihei Kyokotsu
A giant-sized demon fused with a puppet soldier. The giant size of the puppet fighter overwhelms the Hanagumi's Reiko fighter, Mugen, with its forceful attacks. Its weak point is its head, so it can evade powerful attacks and aim for destruction with a jump attack.
