The popular light novel "Ore ga Il," or "My Seishun Love Comedy is Wrong," written by Watari Wataru and illustrated by Ponkan ⑧, has been published since 2011 by Gaga Bunko (Shogakukan). The story is about Hachiman Hikiya, a twisted high school student, who joins the "Service Club" and engages in an adolescent adventure full of mistakes with Yukino Yukinoshita, the most beautiful girl in the school, and others.

The series has sold more than 9 million copies in total, and was ranked No. 1 for three consecutive years in Takarajimasya's "This Light Novel is Amazing! It was also awarded first place in the Lanove category of the "1st SUGOI JAPAN Award 2015," and has been adapted into two TV anime series and a video game.

The title of the third anime is "After all, my adolescent romantic comedy is wrong. It is scheduled to air in the spring of 2020 on TBS, BS-TBS, and other stations.
