ARP Backstage Pass" TV Anime Main Visual Revealed! Daisuke Namikawa and Takuya Eguchi are added to the cast!

The main visual and web site for the TV anime "ARP Backstage Pass" from the AR live entertainment project "ARP" were unveiled today. The first broadcast has been set for January 13, 2020 (Monday, national holiday), and Daisuke Namikawa (Shinji's father, Eiji Kano) and Takuya Eguchi (the chairman's secretary) have been announced as additional cast members.

ARP" is a dance and vocal group created by the latest AR technology. Voice casts (voice actors and singers), acting casts (actors and dancers), and AR technology perform live in real time as one, allowing the audience to enjoy cutting-edge live entertainment by supreme artists with perfect singing ability, dance performance, and good looks.

ARP" is produced by Akari Uchida, known for creating popular games such as "Tokimeki Memorial" and "Love Plus," and started its activities in 2016. The AR artists, who exist in front of you on stage, perform in real time and even interact with fans, which became a hot topic of conversation. Now, the long-awaited anime has been announced, attracting even more attention.

The TV anime will focus on the school life of the four members of "ARP" and their past trajectories, and will open up new developments for the "ARP" project by depicting their untold stories.

Main Visual and Web Site Unveiled
The main visual depicts a contrast between "the members in the front, who still keep their passion inside, before they formed ARP," and "the current members in the back, who have demonstrated their talents and are active in a spectacular way," as shown on the poster.

The web site was also opened to the public today. The site will be updated with the latest anime information as needed.

Initial Broadcast
The first broadcast is scheduled for January 13, 2020 (Monday, national holiday) on TOKYOMX, BS11, etc. Broadcasting will begin on Mondays at 23:00 on TOKYOMX from January 13, 2020 (Monday, national holiday) and on Mondays at 25:00 on BS11 from January 13, 2020 (Monday, national holiday).

Daisuke Namikawa as Shinji's father, Eiji Kano
As Shinji's father, he trained Shinji (ARP) as a gifted musician from an early age, and is also a world-renowned maestro (conductor) himself.

Takuya Eguchi as Secretary to the President
Takuya Eguchi is the secretary who watches the four ARP students grow up and coolly controls the mischievous Chancellor, who sometimes goes out of control.

<Synopsis
ISM (InternationalSchoolOfMusic) Yokohama School is a renowned artist training school. An attempt to debut the students of the school as artists - commonly known as ARP (ARTISTSREPUBLICPRODUCTION). Four artists have already debuted on the label. Shinji is a genuine elite but conflicted about music. Reiji, a level-cross diamond who has been helped by music and has been sincerely devoted to it. Leon, who loves singing and dancing with all his heart. This is ARP's first documentary that faithfully depicts the joys and pains of their lives from the time they met to their debut, and from the time they made their debut.
