Become a rescue team member and rescue islanders! Switch "Stretchers" is available today, 11/8!

Nintendo began distributing the action-a-game "Stretchers" (download-only) for Nintendo Switch on November 8, 2019.

The game is an action game in which players take on the role of the Stretchers, a two-player rescue team, to save the islanders; players can also enjoy cooperative play with family and friends by sharing a Joy-Con.

The game takes place on an island called Greenhorn Island. The people are living a peaceful life, but when the self-proclaimed genius Captain Brain suddenly appears and casts a psymin on the island, he becomes "Mr. Krakura," and the whole island is in a state of panic. The player, as a two-man rescue team, the "Stretchers," sets out to save Mr. Kulakula and save the island.

The game roughly consists of three steps: "rush to the scene," "rescue on a stretcher," and "go straight to the hospital. First, an ambulance rushes to the scene of a rescue call. Ambulances can be driven freely and can go along roads without roads.

Rescue calls arrive from all over the island, from farmhouses and beaches to mines and banks. When they arrive at the scene, they search for Mr. Kulakula, who has been cymined. We can carry them one by one, but if we use a stretcher on our backs, we can carry many at once. Once all of the people have been rescued, they are taken to the hospital, where they are cured of the Saimin that has been applied to them.

As the story progresses, the ambulance can be upgraded and will be able to run at high speed, fly in the sky, and even move over water.
