Sequel to the legendary adventure game "Coulomb's Gate" to be produced! Fans are in an uproar over the sudden appearance of an official Twitter account!

The production of "Coulomb's Resome," a sequel to the 1997 PlayStation adventure game "Coulomb's Gate," has been announced by the "Coulomb's Gate Next Generation Sequel 'Coulomb's Resome' Official Account" that suddenly appeared on Twitter, causing a stir on the Internet.

Released by Sony Music Entertainment on February 28, 1997 for the PlayStation®, "Coulomb's Gate" was a four-disc CD-ROM blockbuster set in the pre-Return of Hong Kong's Kowloon Castle. The unique world view engraved on the discs is still a cult favorite, and has been the subject of numerous media mixes, including novelizations, comic book adaptations, and setting material books.

The deeply detailed scenery of the Kowloon Citadel, the freaky characters, and the maniacal game system and atmosphere are all part of the game's charm. The chaotic fusion of all elements, including the maniacal game system and atmospheric sound, has garnered a cult following even before its release and continues to create new fans even today.
While the final scene was depicted with a sequel in mind, the production team subsequently disbanded. Hopes for a sequel seemed to be dead, but this news comes just as the game was beginning to gain momentum around 2015 with the release of a complete BGM collection, a collection of setting materials, and the start of re-distribution on Game Archives.

Many fans who have been wandering the internet for 22 years and almost became "Coulomb's Gate" delusional people are rejoicing at the information that has been released in full.
(A deluded person is a person who has become obsessed with something so much that he or she has become the very "thing" that he or she is obsessed with. You probably have no idea what I'm talking about, but that's the way I see the world.)

Furthermore, a video has already been released, indicating that production has begun in earnest.

There are some events planned for the future.

Stay tuned for more news!
