TV Anime "Dorohedoro" Anime Advance Screening Event "Masked Bousoukai" to be held! Visitors will receive a New Year's card newly drawn by Ball Hayashida as a special gift!

From the TV anime "Dorohedoro," which is scheduled to air in January 2020, it was announced that an anime advance screening event, "Masked Armed Association," will be held.

Dorohedoro" (23 volumes in total), written by Ball Hayashida, has been loved for 18 years since its serialization began in 2000, and its one-of-a-kind worldview has won enthusiastic fans and popularity in Japan and abroad. The shocking and chaotic content of this work was thought to be impossible to visualize, but MAPPA, which has produced many high quality and challenging works such as "Dororo" and "Zombie Land Saga," has decided to make a miraculous TV anime adaptation. In addition to the TOKYO MX broadcast, it will also be broadcast on BS11 from 24:00 on January 12 (Sun.), 2020, and on MBS from 27:00 on January 14 (Tue.), 2020. In addition, it will be distributed on Netflix in advance.

Prior to the broadcast, an advance screening event "Masked Bousoukai" with a cast talk will be held on January 5, 2020 (Sun) at Sakura Hall in Tokyo to enjoy the first three episodes of the TV anime "Dorohedoro". The cast talk will feature Wataru Takagi as Caiman, Reina Kondo as Nikkaidou, Yu Kobayashi as Noi, Kengo Takanashi as Fujita, and Miyu Tomita as Ebisu.
In addition, all visitors will receive a New Year's greeting card drawn by the original author, Kyu Hayashida, as a token of appreciation, and a mask that allows them to dress up as the main character, Caiman, in reference to the many masks that appear in the work.

Additional cast and character information has also been released. Character information for Kaskabe and Baukus, whose casts had already been announced, has arrived. The cast also includes Mayu Udono as Kikurage, a mysterious creature that uses magic; Sondo as Kurisuto, a member of the cross-eyed organization; Toru Inada as Tamba, the president of a pie shop; Shinichiro Miki as Turkey, a wizard who creates dolls from ingredients; Hozumi Gouda as Asu, a demon who is concerned about Nikkaidou; and Touta, a wizard who can break magic cast on him. The wizard Torita, who can break the spells cast on him, will be played by Anri Katsu.
