PS4/Switch "PixARK" reveals four areas with vastly different inhabitants and climates!

Spike Chunsoft has released information on four areas with vastly different habitats, climates, and other environments from "PixARK" (PixARK) for PS4/Switch, scheduled for release on Thursday, July 4.

PixARK" is an open-world dinosaur survival action game that uses blocks to represent the world of the hit game "ARK: Survival Evolved," which was released on PS4 in October 2017 and has shipped over 200,000 units to date.

After waking up on a mysterious island, players can freely enjoy fighting and coexisting with dinosaurs, hunting, gathering materials, and building bases in a cute block world. In addition, the game's main attraction, multiplayer, can be played by up to 70 players.

The following is information on the four areas that differ greatly in terms of inhabitants, climate, and other environmental factors.

■ Various environments await players!
The world of "PixARK" is made up of multiple areas with vastly different environments. Each area has its own unique inhabitants and climate, and the difficulty level of survival will vary accordingly.

Deserts.
Desert areas are inhabited by desert-specific creatures such as emperor scorpions and hyenas. It is extremely hot and there are few places to replenish water, so it is important to be well-prepared with items.

The Land of Ice
This snow-covered area is highly dangerous, inhabited by ferocious beasts such as dire wolves and gigantopithecus, as well as magical creatures such as ice elementals. The temperature is low, and furry equipment is essential.
