Inori Minase appears again in the second "Low GI" episode of the "SOYJOY" web commercial! She also takes on a new character voice, playing 10 roles!

The second web commercial for the soy bar SOYJOY, "Low GI," was released today, May 15, 2019 (Wednesday), and it was announced that the voice of the character in the commercial is handled by voice actress and singer Inori Minase, just as in the first commercial.

The second web commercial, "Low GI," follows the previous "Gluten Free" episode and features the various ingredients in SOYJOY again as characters. The main ingredient, soybeans, and their healthy friends "SOYJOYS" uniquely explain that SOYJOY is "Low GI" in the commercial.

Low GI means that the GI value (degree of sugar absorption) is low, which means that sugar absorption is moderate and easy to control. They ego-searched for such features on social networking sites. They asked themselves, "Is that good or bad? Is it bad?" and they communicate from the same perspective as the consumer. As in the previous episode, the distinctive character voices for each of these characters were voiced by Minase Inori, a voice actress and singer active in many anime and movies. This time, she also provides the voice of Apple Peach.

Minase: This is your second commercial. How did you feel when you were chosen for the second commercial?

─ Compared to the first series, have you gotten used to playing 10 different characters?

Minase: No, I was not used to it at all....I was very anxious, but I thought, "If I'm going to do this, I'm going to give it my all!　So I gave it my all!

Minase: I am very, very grateful that we were able to make the second commercial... but... I still want to play SOYJOYS... so please make the third one...! 　 Please give me your support!

Minase: The new characters, Apple and Peach.Also, Peanut Dog, who was only acting with his breath last time, finally...!

───What do you want people to see most in this commercial?

Mizuse: This time we shot the commercial in an office, so I had my own desk and computer, and I was very excited because I felt as if I had just started working at the company!　Please take a look at me as an office worker enjoying my office life!

───What was the most difficult point in shooting this commercial?

Mizuse: The shooting itself was only for a moment because it was only the last scene, but it was difficult to say the lines with various facial expressions!　Laughing, coolly, smugly for some reason...etc. The one used is the most surreal of them all!

Mizuse: I am very happy to be able to voice SoyJoys again, following on from the first commercial!　And at the end, it's me again...! The web commercial begins with a group shot of all 9 types of "SOYJOYS", including Strawberry and Blueberry, who were ego-searching about themselves on SNS, when the main ingredient, soybeans, appeared. They asked, "What is low GI?" "Is that a good thing?" Does it mean I'm low? Fruits and nuts started discussing about "What is low GI? Soybeans tell them, "Low GI is a compliment to healthy!
