Three new characters and their casts have been announced for the original high school rugby-themed animation "Triknights," which is scheduled to air in the summer of 2019.

The original high school rugby-themed TV animation "Triknights" is a coming-of-age story centered on two players who fight with their brains (tactics) and bodies (physicality). Animation production is handled by GONZO. The delicate characters weave an ensemble coming-of-age drama that is charmingly expressed in animation.

Three new characters and their cast members who will be playing them have been unveiled, which will enhance the world view of the TV anime "Tri Nights".

Seiji Maeda plays the role of "Tomomi Horyu," a serious sportsman who played volleyball until middle school and is a first-year student at Souarashi High School like Riku Haruma (CV: Shogo Sakamoto) and Hikaru Kariya (CV: KENN), and another first-year student with high physical ability and athletic skills and a cheerful personality that enlivens those around him. In addition, Yoshiki Nakajima will play the role of Seiichiro Nada, the former captain of the rugby club, a third-year student and vice president of the student council, who is a big-hearted person. The cast is made up of talented actors and actresses who will play the roles of these highly individualistic characters.
