Tsukemen Specialty Hyakunosuke has been in business since May 13! Former location of "Kura Saba Ichiba Akihabara Store" *Additional photo of "Special Tsukemen" added on 5/16

Tsukemen Specialty Momonosuke" has been in business since Monday, May 13. The restaurant is located in the "AKIBA CULTURES ZONE" and is the former site of "Kura Saba Ichiba Akihabara Store," which closed in December 2017 due to relocation to Tamachi.

Tsukemen Specialty Hyakunosuke is a tsukemen specialty restaurant that specializes in soup made with the finest ingredients.

Tsukemen soups include "Thick Seafood Tonkotsukotsu Tsukemen" with the rich flavor of seafood and pork bones, "Shrimp and Squid Ink Tsukemen" with a black squid ink soup, which is rare among tsukemen soups, "Curry Tsukemen" with a rich and deep flavor of originally blended spices, onions and fruits, and "Japanese Tomato Tsukemen" with tomato-based soup. The "Japanese-style tomato tsukemen" with tomato-based soup is offered as a regular menu item. The company also offers a "half and half" service, which allows customers to enjoy two types of soup.

In addition, customers can choose the amount of noodles they would like to order: 200g for a medium serving, 250g for a medium serving, 300g for a large serving, 400g for a special serving, and 500g for a super-special serving. *Free and hot serving up to 500g is available.
