Nintendo announced that its Animal Crossing Pocket Camp smartphone app will launch a monthly fee-based service called "Pokémonori Tomonokai" on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 3 p.m.

Animal Crossing Pocket Camp" is a smartphone app that allows users to enjoy a freewheeling slow life. Players become the caretaker of a campground and create a lively campground where animals gather. At the campsite, you can chat with the animals, make friends with them by granting their requests, collect materials to craft furniture, go fishing at leisure spots, spread fruit, catch insects, etc. You can enjoy the camp life to your heart's content.

The "Helping Course" and the "Cookies & Warehouse Course"

The monthly fee-based service, which will start on November 21, 2019 at 15:00, offers two types of courses: "Nanny Course" and "Cookie & Warehouse Course".

In the "Nanny Course," you can nominate an animal of your choice as a partner. The partner will work together with the animal, fulfill the animal's requests, and collect items necessary for events even when the player is not playing the application. The monthly fee for the "Helping Course" is 360 yen (360 yen per month). The monthly fee for the "Help Course" is 360 yen, and the first month is free.

In the "Cookie & Warehouse Course," users can choose 5 fortune cookies from the collection of fortune cookies that have appeared so far (some cookies are not included in the course) every month. In addition, users will be able to store 5,000 types of furniture and clothes in the "Warehouse" where items are stored. The monthly fee for the "Cookie & Warehouse Course" is 980 yen.
