PS4 "Days Gone", video interview with composer Nathan Whitehead!

Sony Interactive Entertainment released a video interview with the composer of "Days Gone" (Days Gone) for PS4.

Days Gone" is an open-world survival action game that depicts the anguish, conflict, and struggle of survivors trying to survive as humans in the midst of a global pandemic.

Players take on the role of Deacon St. John, a bounty hunter, and journey through a beautiful and vast open field. The enemies include countless infected "freakers" who have no thoughts and have animal-like habits, infected animals such as wolves and bears that have gone berserk, and humans who are also survivors of the pandemic. The players explore the field while battling and escaping from various enemies, and overcome crises by making full use of various weapons and tools created from the materials they obtain.
DAYS GONE" will be released on PS4 on April 26th, and the latest information and screenshots are now available! Also, a report on the preliminary trial event for the media!

In this video, Nathan Whitehead, the composer of "DAYS GONE," explains how he used music to express the grief, loss, fear, and hostility of the infected "freakers," as well as the main character, Dee Dee. He also talks about how he used music to express the protagonist Deacon's conflicts, anxieties, and feelings of remorse.
