Serialized on the comic app "Manga One" (Shogakukan), "How Many Dumbbells Can You Hold?" is a muscle training manga about body modification written by Sandorovich Yabako and drawn by MAAM. The story is about a high school girl, Hibiki Sakura, who loves to eat and is told by her friends that she is overweight, goes to a training gym to start a diet, where she meets her classmate Akemi Sadanryuin, the charismatic and beautiful student council president, and gradually enters the world of muscle training.
