Commemorating the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse's birth, a statue faithfully sculpted from the art of popular artist James Jean will go on sale today, November 22, 2019, at 12:00 pm exclusively at Good Smile Online and at Tokyo Comic Con at Makuhari Messe. The price is 160,000 yen (excluding tax).

To commemorate the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse's birth, a limited-edition statue faithfully sculpted from the art of popular artist James Jean will be available for purchase.

James Jean is a visual artist living in Los Angeles.
Known for his work with companies such as The New York Times, Nike, Warner Brothers, and Prada, he is currently focusing on his creative work and personal publishing business.

He shares some of his activities and artwork on various social media such as Twitter and Tumblr under the @jamesjeanart account.

The new release is "MICKEY MOUSE & MINNIE MOUSE 90TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION JAMES JEAN x GOOD SMILE COMPANY," a set of Mickey and Minnie.

Not only does it reproduce James' delicate touch, but it is also finished in a beautiful ceramic-like color by his unique painting process under his complete supervision.
