300mm Action Figure GIGAN-TECHS "Gigantex" is born! The first figure is Gridman from "SSSS.GRIDMAN"!

Good Smile Company is launching a new concept figure series, "GIGAN-TECHS," with a total height of approximately 30 cm. GRIDMAN from the popular anime "SSSS. The price is 15,909 yen (excluding tax).

It has been 25 years since Tsuburaya Productions' tokusatsu TV series "Denko Chojin Gridman," a completely new anime work that became a hot topic when it aired in the fall of 2018.
It tells the story of a high school student with amnesia who becomes one with the hyper-agent Gridman and confronts monsters.
Electric Light Superhero Gridman" is a special effects TV series that aired in 1993. Even though it was produced before personal computers were common in households, it gained popularity for its content that anticipated modern concepts such as the "Internet" and "computer viruses.
In "SSSS. GRIDMAN," the character settings have been completely renewed, and Gridman's activities are depicted in a new worldview.

This time, Good Smile Company has created [Giant Gigant] x [Gigant Tech] 300mm Action Figure GIGAN-TECHS "Gigantex". With its gimmick and expressive power made possible only by its size, this new concept of a movable model allows you to experience the joy of movement and the taste of modeling like never before.

This series has many attractive features that can be reproduced only with a giant body, such as sculptural expression with a skillful surface structure, a built-in LED light-emitting gimmick for the head (CR1216 battery x 1), and a wide range of movement to create a dynamic figure. The wide range of posability allows for dynamic posing.

In addition, the figure is also packed with technologies that allow the action of the giant body to be realized, and its joints are held in place by a spring click mechanism in 10 locations throughout the body, allowing the figure to move with a pleasant clicking motion. The joint gears are made of wear-resistant POM material.
