PS4/Switch "Dragon Quest Builders 2" releases its third additional DLC, the Modern Architecture Pack, today, May 30! Free app update also available today!

Square Enix began distributing the third additional downloadable content (DLC), the "Modern Architecture Pack," for the PS4/Nintendo Switch game "Dragon Quest Builders 2: Shido the Destroyer and the Island of the Tails" today, May 30, 2019 (Thursday).

Dragon Quest Builders 2: Shido the Destroyer and the Island of Emptiness" is a block-making RPG in which the main character uses his "building" skills to weave a story as he aims to become a full-fledged builder, a popular title that allows players to enjoy both a great adventure to save the world and building things like playing in a sandbox at the same time.

The third additional DLC, "Modern Architecture Pack," which was released today, May 30 (Thu.), adds more than 70 new items, clothing and hairstyles. The new pack also includes many items that can be dyed, such as blocks with various patterns and furniture, allowing users to enjoy creating even more elaborate designs.

In addition, a free update is also available from today!　New features include approximately 20 new items that can be dyed, and the addition of an "Asasemaki" mode to the Kawaki no Tsubo.

Dragon Quest Builders 2" is packed with new elements, including additional DLC and free updates. This is a great opportunity for those who have already played the game, as well as those who have not yet played it, to give it a try.

The free update delivered today, May 30 (Thu.), includes

About 20 types of items can be dyed.
The new item, "Iron Tobira," which is the size of three blocks, will appear.
The "Asasemaki" mode will be added to the vase of water.
Golem-type companions can now be mounted, and many blocks can be broken at once with a punch.
The number of storage spaces in the bag has been increased.

The number of storable pouches will be increased, and other bugs will be fixed.
