Pokemon manhole "Poke-lids" with Pokemon designs will be installed at 15 locations in Hokkaido! Pokemon GO PokéStops

Pokemon manhole "poke lids" with designs of Pokemon such as Captain Alola Rokon and Vice Captain Rokon of the Hokkaido Daisuki Discovery Team will be installed in 15 cities and towns in Hokkaido.

Starting with the installation of an "Eevee" manhole in Ibusuki City in December 2018, 73 manholes have been installed in six prefectures, and many people are enjoying visiting them. (The number of manholes includes "Poke-lids" to be installed in Hokkaido. It has been decided that Pokemon manhole "Poke-lids" with designs of Pokemon such as Captain Alola Rokon and Vice Captain Rokon of the Hokkaido Daisuki Discovery Team will be installed in 15 cities and towns in Hokkaido.

Of the more than 70 Pokémon manholes nationwide, the 15 manholes scattered across the vast island of Hokkaido are more difficult to visit than those in other areas because of the distance between the manholes and the distance between them.

When you visit Hokkaido, we hope you will enjoy visiting "Poké-lids" along with the magnificent nature and delicious food in each area.

The "Poké-lids" that will be set up will gradually become PokéStops in the location-based game "Pokemon GO" for smartphones.
