TV anime "VINLAND SAGA", NHK General's first broadcast will be a series of episodes 1-3! PV using the OP theme will also be released!
It was announced that the first broadcast of the TV anime "VINLAND SAGA," which will be aired on July 7, 2019 (Sun.) at 24:10 on NHK General, will be a one-shot broadcast of episodes 1 through 3. In addition, a PV featuring the opening theme has been released.
VINLAND SAGA" is a manga serialized in Kodansha's "Afternoon" by Makoto Yukimura, which depicts the lives of the Vikings who dominated the world in the early 11th century in northern Europe and is now being made into a TV anime.
The anime will be directed by Shuhei Yuda, director of "Inuyashiki" and 3DCG director of "Shinkage no Kyojin"; series composition and script by Koji Seko, series composition and script of "BANANA FISH" and "Ajin"; character design by Takahiko Abidome, animation director of "HUNTERxHUNTER"; music by Tokyo Ghoul", Yutaka Yamada of "Tokyo Ghoul", and WIT STUDIO of "Shinkage no Kyojin" and "Mahoutsukai no Yome" will be in charge of animation production.
