Poppin'Party and SILENT SIREN held a live performance "NO GIRL NO CRY" DAY2 on May 19, 2019 at MetLife Dome in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture.

This live was announced at "TOKYO MX presents "BanG Dream! 7th☆LIVE" DAY3: Poppin'Party 'Jumpin' Music♪" in February 2019. Poppin'Party, a girl band born from "Bandoli-! The first dome live concert. This was the second day of the event.

Following the first day, which ended in a great success, here is a report on the second day! Let's relive the excitement of that day in this article.

⇒The new era of girl bands has arrived! Poppin'Party xSILENT SIREN vs. live "NO GIRL NO CRY" DAY 1 report that rocked the MetLife Dome with excitement!

Bandolier! is to hold a live concert at the MetLife Dome - when I heard the news, I thought it would be a challenge. This is of course true for the content, but also because a band has to play their instruments, so the performers cannot move so freely. In such a large venue and on such a large stage, what kind of direction could we give the audience? I thought it would be a challenge in that respect as well. However, Poppin'Party and Silent Siren, as well as their guest RAISE A SUILEN, managed to overcome such high barriers.

First, the guest band RAISE A SUILEN (RAS) took the huge stage, and although they only performed four songs, their straightforward attitude toward rock was reflected in those four songs to a great extent.

The first song, "A Declaration of xxxx," was a dance-rock song that was made possible by Natsume's drumming. The first song, "A Declaration of xxxx," was a dance-rock song that could only have been performed with Natsume on drums, but it was spectacular to see the dome turn into a floor as the audience shouted "RAISE YOUR HANDS, NOW! But still not satisfied, the audience shouted "Give it all you've got! and "UNSTOPPABLE," the crowd grew more united, and by "R-I-O-T," it seemed as if there was no limit to the excitement of the crowd. Still, "I can't hear you at all! I felt how bad this band was when Raychell's super strong MC said, "I can't hear you at all!" but ...... Riko Obara (Gt.) played superb guitar, Reiho Kurachi (Key.) was a charmer, and Boki Risa (DJ) joined the last song, "EXPOSE 'Burn out! (Key.), adding a new color to the show. If there is a song that gets the crowd going, they will go to any length to make it more exciting. I could understand that RAS is a band with a lot of potential.

Ahead of the summer! Sai Sai enlivened the venue with their too-hot performance.

Following RAS, who warmed up the air or rather heated up the dome, was the girl band SILENT SIREN (hereafter referred to as "Sai Sai"). The four members are Suu (Vo. & Gt.), Hinanchu (Dr.), Anyan (Ba.), and Yukarun (Key), and they are the shortest girls' band in history to reach the Nippon Budokan for their solo live in the shortest time after their debut (in 2015). I had actually seen that live performance, but after seeing this live performance, which was even more powerful than that one, it was easy to imagine how much the girls had built up. The songs are basically catchy, but with a solid rhythm section, no matter if it's your first time listening to them or not, you can "get into the groove! The songs are basically catchy, but the rhythm section is solid, which is a big plus!

The audience was united by the great groove from "Cherry Bomb," and the band accelerated with the fast-moving pop tune "Night in August.

We've only played two songs, but I'm about to cry! Let's glitter and throb together! Let's glitter and throb together! and they performed "Tenka Ippin's Theme" with the words, "Let's all get stuck in! The lyrics were comical, but the arrangement was super cool. The stage went over the audience's heads during this song, and then moved to the back of the stage! The audience was also filled with excitement by the power of the moving stage.

And the heat was not dampened by the live performance of Saisai. This is where we play baseball! and dropped the towel song "Just Meet". Yukarun gave the audience a lecture on how to spin the towel, and the audience went into an even greater frenzy.

For the most upbeat dance tune "DanceMusiQ," they performed wearing shiny sunglasses. The entertainment value of this song was wonderful, involving the entire floor, with the audience shoulder-to-shoulder with each other as they got excited. I felt deeply that this performance was made possible by the fact that the band had performed so many shows against each other and knew the strengths of their own band, while still being able to perform for the enjoyment of the audience, even those who were not their main objective. This was also evident in Suu's MC afterwards.

In a face-off, the bands are supposed to be in love with each other," he said. So I wanted the fans to be united with each other, even if it's by force! There's nothing else in this venue but love, so why do we need anything else? With this mindset at the foundation of the band, the concert is filled with love. During the MC, each member talked about their interaction episodes with Poppin'Party and RAS. In addition, they also talk about the anime "Bandolier! and felt that they might be talking about themselves, and from there they even talked about the episode of the formation of Saisai.

Then they performed "SILENT SIREN Ver." of the song "NO GIRL NO CRY" to commemorate the holding of the show against each other, saying, "As the beginning of a new era of girl bands, we would like to play a song about the relationship between these two bands! The song is a catchy number with an uplifting chorus, and each member of the band took a solo to introduce themselves. The band members were also introduced with solos by each member, which they did perfectly. The audience responded with great excitement and cheers. The audience responded with great excitement and cheers. Then, the band quickly folded in with "Fujiyama Disco" and "Beesan," songs that seemed to anticipate the summer season.

The final song, "Koi no Esper," was also enjoyable. As on the previous day, the time was stopped in the middle of the songs on the second day. Suu-san said, "I don't want to end yet, so I'm going to rewind time! and sang one phrase of "Cherry Bomb," Yukarun commented, "You're going back too far! and eventually they returned to "Koi no Esper". The tension in the audience was at its highest as the dizzying turn of events eventually led to a return to "Koi no esper." The audience was so excited that they passed the baton to Poppin'Party.

Smiles were all over the stage until the end! Super happy Poppipa on stage!

Switching the order of their performances from the previous day, Poppin'Party (hereafter referred to as "Poppipa") took the second stage, with Aimi (played by Kasumi Toyama) as Gt. and Vo. (played by Rimi Nishimoto), drummer, Ayaka Ohashi (played by Saaya Yamabuki), and keyboardist, Ayasa Ito (played by Arisaki Ichigaya). A pillar of fire rose up in the darkened MetLife Dome, and the live started with "Summer Dawn! The live started with "Summer's Dawn! The audience was thrilled by the members' a cappella performance of "Time Lapse," which was accompanied by the words, "Speak up! Aimi encouraged the audience with her enthusiastic words, "Let's hear it! She was moving to the back of the stage on the moving stage amidst the echoing voices of "oh oh...".

When Ayaka Ohashi announced that today was the birthday (May 19) of Saaya Yamabuki, the character she plays, the entire dome celebrated by singing "Happy Birthday" together. After enjoying a call-and-response, they decided to take a trolley to get closer to the audience. I want everyone to clap! Happy Happy Party!" was performed on the trolley. The drums were played in a standing style, which was compact, but the audience was entertained by the entertainment-oriented performance.

The live video from "BanG Dream! FILM LIVE," which will be released in September, was played in the background for the performance of "Double Rainbow. The audience was excited by this song as well, but the performance of "Returns" with the live footage from the "BanG Dream! 2nd Season" anime in the background was even more moving. Everyone was listening to the song while recalling the story of the anime, and Sae Otsuka's soulful guitar performance, which was at the center of the performance, was especially moving. Every stroke was filled with emotion, which was conveyed in the emotionally charged expressions on the faces of the band members, and their eyes seemed to be slightly moistened.

It is often said that anime is a comprehensive art form, and the same is true for live performances. But they have an anime, and they have a story to tell. They carry the power of all things, including the anime staff and the characters themselves, on their shoulders as they play their music on stage. I realized once again that the power of the band is tremendous.

After overcoming such a big mountain, the audience was excited to see how much fun they could have on stage. Again, Ms. Ohashi sang vocals on the trolley for the songs "Kira Kira Itadakatta Yume Itadakatta ~Sing Girls~" and "CiRCLING. Once again, I realized just how good her singing ability is. The audience sang so loudly during these songs, it was a festival. And just when you thought she was back on stage from the trolley, she moved to the center of the dome again on the moving stage for "Teardrops" after everyone had sang their voices out. The audience was engrossed in the performance, from the cheers after Aimi's promised "I won't let go of your hands," to the chorus of "STAR BEAT!

In the second half of the show, Poppipa played the most powerful setlist to get the audience excited at a live performance. During the last MC, the audience was impressed by the "Saisai-san, who can do everything perfectly, but even his personality is kind! He can do everything perfectly, but he also has a gentle personality! Aimi said, "I learned a lot from him, and I want to make the most of it in the future." They ended the show with "Kizuna Music♪," the song that started the "BanG Dream! The song was sung with a smile on their faces and their voices echoing high in the sky through the ceiling of the dome, just like Poppipa.

For encore, Poppin'Party and SILENT SIREN appeared on stage. After all the members talked about their impressions of the live, they played and sang "NO GIRL NO CRY" together, which was made especially for this live, and closed the hot, hot dome live.
