The mini pay phone with its super-realistic modeling and the mascot with a healing power that is perfect for moe! Wacky Kaiyama's Gacha Exploration No. 34

Menso~re! I went on the "Okinawa Gacha Gacha Tour.

Is Okinawa a gacha island? This tour was also to solve the question, "Does Okinawa = Gacha Island? What is the truth?

At Naha Airport, we immediately checked out the "Okinawa souvenir gacha" of local items, and at a nearby roadside station, we found a "lucky golden serpent rubber doll" 500 yen gacha. At Okinawa World, we encountered a real giant snake. Next to it was a "snake shell" gacha that is said to bring good luck in money! It is said that you can also get rare "fangs" and other items!

At the specialty store "Gachariba OKINAWA" in the exotic commercial facility "Carnival Park Mihama," you can find "Nankuru nai nai socks" and "Okinawa limited magnet collection! I won a secret one! Dream Capsule" located in "AEON MALL Okinawa Lycoming" has a lineup of items specially selected by the staff! You are sure to find what you are looking for. And at the Churaumi Aquarium, the Usamaru collaboration figure was a great treat.

Finally, we stopped by Shuri Castle after the fire. We were able to see "Shureimon" and "Sonohiyamu Gogeokumon". At the store, there are original pin badges and crystal key chain gacha! We were able to buy wonderful souvenirs of Shuri Castle. You felt the power of the Ryukyu spirit.

As you can see, there are many rare gacha spots in Okinawa. Next time I would like to go there with a more well-planned tour!

Wacky Kaizan, who still has such a tropical loss, will pick out his own favorite gacha from the latest items! Please take a look!

Ko-do Bird-san Bandai - 8 types, 200 yen

First, we'd like to introduce a very cute cable accessory capsule toy!

Surprisingly, this is a new product from Bandai, which has not appeared in this series for quite some time. Bandai mainly develops character toys, and this is one of their original "HUGCOT" series.

The reason why I selected "Ko-do Bird-san" from among many fancy capsule toys is because one day, a "display (mount)" caught my eye. Against the blue sky, the birds lined up on the cables looked like birds perched on a power line, getting along well with each other. The atmosphere of the "birds" nestled together on the cables, which were slumped under the weight of the "birds," was quite comical. I found myself naturally dialing around.

Let's take a closer look at each bird one by one.

Sparrows

The sparrow sitting in the center of the room is a sparrow, as you know. He is a fat sparrow, having built up a lot of fat to withstand the cold of winter. They have big eyes and a pattern that looks like a mustache. The large, rounded back makes them look like Daifuku chestnuts! It is unintentionally funny!

Crow!

It looks as if it is threateningly taking up position, but miraculously, it is perched in harmony with the other birds? I feel the crow's dignity in its tail feathers, which are stretched out as if to keep its balance.

Mr. Striped Enaga

The media was in an uproar over their overly cute appearance! With the publication of a photo collection, this wild bird is rapidly gaining in popularity! The black tail feathers and brown wings stand out against the generally pure white body. The darting eyes and mouth are key points! The sculptor is ace!

White-tailed bunting

This white-tailed bunting is characterized by its gentle yellowish-green color. It is said that its name comes from the white coloring around its eyes. The detailed coloring is wonderfully expressive despite its miniature size!

Pigeons

The pigeon is very small and fat. He is a little fat and has a colossal body. I like its spacious back! The reproduction of the nose pattern on the beak is also worth a closer look!

Parakeet (Midori)

The pose with the face tilted to the left is truly unique to parakeets! The gradation from yellow to green adds to the cuteness. The gradation from yellow to green adds to the cuteness. The eyes, nose, and facial patterns are perfect!

Parakeet (blue)

Is this brightly colored parrot someone's pet? You see them from time to time, the pet parakeet that wandered in. Now that he is only one bird, is he already showing his adaptability? It looks as if it has found a friend and is trying to fit in. The contrast of white and blue is beautiful. It may look strange to see them side by side with other wild birds, but they seem to be making the place more lively and lively.

Incidentally, all of the mascots have dimples on their legs so that cords can be firmly inserted. In the future, "Nyanko (cat)," "Hachukotto (reptile)," "Wankotto (dog)," etc., are planned to be developed in a fancier way. With this cuteness, there is no doubt that they will be a hit one after another.

NTT East Public Telephone Gacha Collection: Takara Tomy Arts, 6 types, 300 yen

It has been 7 months since the year changed to 2025. ...... The "Heisei" era has gone far away.

Until the middle of the Heisei era, public telephones were everywhere in the city! With the spread of cell phones, they have become rare and hard to find, but nowadays, ironically, they are being reevaluated as an effective means of communication in times of disaster.

Such public telephones are now making a big comeback in the form of gacha! Despite its miniature size, the hook on the receiver moves up and down, the buttons can be pressed, and the coin return slot moves, all in a very realistic manner, thanks to NTT East's cooperation. The lineup is very convincing, with some items that will make you say, "I used to use this," and others that will make you wonder, "How did such a thing exist?

MC-3P (analog public telephone)

Here is a general public telephone. I remember how refreshed I felt when I found a green phone, perhaps because of the sense of security I felt when I could talk with a green phone.

DMC-7 (digital public telephone)

It seemed modern at the time. The sound of the telephone card being sucked in and the voice of the person on the other end of the line sounded smart.

MC-D8 (analog public telephone)

A version without an emergency button. The slot is easy to see, as if coins were still the mainstream.

New type red telephone

The Showa era. In those days, there were adults conversing with a stack of coins at the counter of a "tobacco shop.

Duet phone

One of the oddballs produced to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the telephone. Is this what we now call a three-person chat function?

Gold-colored public telephone

When the then Crown Prince and Crown Princess Masako were married, the public telephones along the parade route were painted this color! It seems to raise the tension in any conversation.

All come with a "public phone usage sticker. It is true that some people have never used them before!

Next time, we will announce the "MVC (Most Valuable Capsuletoy)" for this annual year-end project! What capsule toy will be selected? What kind of capsule toy will be selected?

Also, the latest Gacha column is in the January issue of EXMAX magazine (Rakuraku Shuppan), which is currently on sale. Please purchase the magazine at bookstores, convenience stores, and the Internet nationwide!
