My Hero Academia x JINS" collaboration is back on track! The first lineup consists of five heroes from Class 1A! The second collaboration will be Villain!

Eyewear from JINS in collaboration with the anime "My Hero Academia," based on the popular manga series in Weekly Shonen Jump, will be available for pre-order on December 12, 2019 (Thursday). The series will be available in a total of three editions.

The anime "My Hero Academia" ("Hero Academia"), based on the popular manga series in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha), is a Jump royalty action anime based on the very popular comic series by Kohei Horikoshi, which has sold over 25 million copies in total. The story takes place in a world where approximately 80% of the population possess supernatural abilities called "personalities" and "heroes" have been established as a profession to protect society and people by making full use of their "personalities. The story depicts the main character, a boy named Deku Midoriya, a.k.a. "Deku," as he grows up with his friends at Yuuei High School, a prestigious school that produces heroes, in pursuit of his dream of becoming the best hero, and his battle against the "villain" enemies that threaten society. The fourth season of the YV anime is currently airing, and the latest film version, "My Hero Academia: The Movie Heroes: Rising," is scheduled to be released on December 20, 2019 (Friday).

JINS had its first collaboration in July 2018 to commemorate the screening of the movie version, which was a great success.
This time, the latest movie "My Hero Academia: The Movie Heroes: Rising" will be released on December 12 (Thursday), and the products will be available from then until March 2020.

The first collaboration item is available for virtual try-on and order at JINS stores.

The lineup includes five heroes: Deku (Midoriya Izuhisa), Bakugou, Todoroki, Ochako, and Kirishima.

The first lineup of glasses features the images of five heroes from Class 1A of Yuuei High School: Deku Midoriya, Katsumi Bakugou, Jyohzou Todoroki, Ochako Reichi, and Eijiro Kirishima.
The frames faithfully reproduce the individuality of each character by adopting the colors symbolic of each character. One-point motifs on the outside of the temples and each character's "personality name" on the inside are represented by illustrations and logos. A special original case and cell phone set are also included in the set.
During the pre-order period, JINS stores* will also offer a virtual try-on service using iPads so that customers can enjoy the world of "Hiroaka" to their heart's content through JINS eyewear. (*Some stores are excluded from the service.

Future schedule of "My Hero Academia x JINS" collaboration (tentative)

For the second and third rounds of the collaboration, original patterns will be available in limited quantities through the " JINS PAINT " personal order service, which allows customers to create their own original eyewear online.
In addition, the second series of original patterns will be released in January 2020 for enemy "villain" characters, and the third series of original patterns will be released in March 2020 for hero characters different from the first series.
