The visual for "Masked Rider Zio Over Quartzer the Movie" depicts Masked Rider Zio Ohma Form sitting on a throne with the majesty of a king.
This Kamen Rider Geo Ohma Form is the ultimate form that appears in this work. The fact that the ride watch required for the transformation has never appeared in the TV series adds to the mystery. In the background is the knight dragon Tillamigo, Ryuso Red's partner, and the black and gold knight dragon Dinomigo, which existed 65 million years ago, towering over Tillamigo as if to confront him.
