PUBG, Inc. announced that PUBG LITE, a new lightweight version of its popular battle royale game PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG), will begin service on Friday, December 13, 2019, at 1:00 pm. The service will be free of charge (with item charges). In addition, an advance trial event will be held in Akihabara on December 10, 2019 (Tuesday), where players can play "PUBG LITE" ahead of the service launch.

Prior to the service launch of "PUBG LITE," a pre-registration campaign is currently underway. Depending on the number of pre-registered users, registered users will receive "Don't Win Medals" that will allow them to open crates for free when the service starts, "BP" that can be exchanged for items, and "emotes" that can be used in the game.

Currently, the number of pre-registered users has already exceeded 50,000, and when the number of pre-registered users reaches100,000,everyone will receive a"Don Katsu Medal" for30rounds,5,000 BP, and an "Emote(Disco)".
