The key visual and music video for the TV anime "Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga" scheduled to air from January 2020 have been unveiled at the same time. It was also announced that the broadcast will begin on January 10, 2020 (Friday) at 1:23 am on TV Tokyo and other stations.

Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga" (written by Una Megurokawa) is a popular work that has been serialized in "Monthly Comic Zenon" (Tokuma Shoten) since 2016. Oda Nobunaga, who was called the "High King" during the Warring States period, has been resurrected in modern Japan as a Shiba Inu. The great commanders who fought each other in the same era as Nobunaga have somehow all been reincarnated as dogs, and the battle of rivalry in the modern era is played out in a dog run.

The anime version will be directed by Hidetoshi Takahashi, with series composition by Maruo Keizuka, and character design by Hisashi Kagawa, who has been in charge of animation direction and original artwork for many popular works, including "Sailor Moon.

In the key visual released this time, the warlords reincarnated as dogs, such as "Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga," a Shiba dog, and "Date Boo Masamune," a French bulldog, surround the map in a dog run lined with the military flags of the warlords. The scene depicts a military commander reincarnated as a dog surrounded by a map, as if they are holding a military council.

In addition, the video released at the same time shows the voices of all 10 main cast members for the first time, including Inuyu Horiuchi (playing the role of Nobunaga Oda Cinnamon), a mysterious new voice actor.

The video offers a glimpse of the warring factions that take place in the dog run with witty dialogue from the warlord dogs.

The broadcast start date is set for January 10, 2020 (Friday). In addition to terrestrial broadcasting on TV Tokyo, TV Aichi, and TV Osaka, it will also be available for unlimited viewing on Anitere and dTV.
