New cuts of the Galactic Empire, the League of Free Planets, and each character have arrived from "The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These," which will be screened in theaters as a three-chapter event starting on September 27, 2019 (Friday). The first volume of "The Legend of the Galactic Heroes" is the masterpiece of popular author Yoshiki Tanaka, published in 1982.Thousands of years in the future, two heroes appear like comets among the humans who continue their endless battles. This epic novel, which depicts the history of the galaxy on a grand scale, centering on the battle between these two fated heroes, got its start as an animated feature in 1988 with the theatrical feature "My Conquest of the Star Ocean. In September of that year, the first season of the main biography was produced, followed by a series of episodes, eventually totaling 165 episodes in all, including the main and external biographies.
The series has been developed into a variety of media, including comics and stage performances, and in April 2018, Production I.G began airing the anime "The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These". In the year 796 of the stardate (487 of the imperial calendar), the expeditionary force of the Alliance of Free Planets, which mobilized 30 million generals, engaged the large fleet led by Admiral Reinhardt, now deputy commander-in-chief of the Galactic Imperial Space Fleet, and his troops in imperial territory, suffering heavy damage, losing 3 out of 8 fleets. However, Commander-in-Chief Lobos, who had received the wish of the Supreme Council of the Alliance of Free Planets, ordered the continuation of the battle with the remaining forces assembled. Reinhardt, who was seeking a complete victory, also advanced to the Amuritsa star area, the rallying point for the Free Planet Alliance forces, opening the battle that would later be called the "Battle of Amuritsa.
The following year, Emperor Friedrich IV of the Galactic Empire died suddenly without naming a successor. A power struggle among the aristocrats began. Meanwhile, a large-scale military coup d'etat breaks out within the Alliance of Free Planets.
