Cast Comments

The following are cast comments from Hiroshi Kamiya and Riyo Takahashi.

Comments by Hiroshi Kamiya (original text)

Q1. Impression of this work
It's a manga based on Mr. Kumeida himself, and it's definitely a Kumeida work as usual... but the theme, the quality of the (shimo-) material, and the story that unfolds several years later, newly written for the comics... it felt like a compilation of all the best parts from the past. I felt like it was the culmination of all the good things I have done so far.

Q2: What is your impression of the character and your enthusiasm for the role?
I had the opportunity to voice a character in a commercial when the first volume of the comic book was released, and I auditioned for the role for the upcoming anime. I hope I can express the face of a father and the face of a worker...I hope I can express the troublesome aspects of Kakushi Goto in different directions!

Riyo Takahashi comment (original text)

Q1. Impression of this work
I read the book when I was auditioning for the role, and at that time, the characters were so lively and well-paced that I could replay the animation in my brain! The conversations are cute and endearing (......). It is a mysterious work that makes you smile and enjoy it, but also makes you feel relaxed at the end.

Q2: What is your impression of the character and your enthusiasm for the role?
I have the impression that the character is a "lovely daughter," which is exactly the right word for her, as she is filled with all the cuteness of a child. However, I also get the impression that Hime-chan herself is clever enough to try to fit within the framework of a child, and I want to do my best to bring out the charm of that perfect balance.
