Hiroki Nanami, former male star of Takarazuka Revue's star troupe, Tatsuo Suzuki, Saori Hayami, and Tomoki Ono have been announced as additional cast members for the TV anime "Somali and the Forest God"!

Additional cast members have been announced for the anime "Somali and the God of the Forest," which has been announced for a TV anime adaptation.

Somali and the God of the Forest" is a fantasy work by Yako Kureishi, serialized in the web comic Zennion.
In the prehistoric age, a world where humans are on the verge of extinction after losing a war and are ruled by deformed creatures. Golem, the god of the forest, and Somali, the daughter of a human, have a mysterious encounter in the forest. Somali calls Golem "Father," and the story depicts the journey of father and daughter from that day on.

The anime "Somali and the God of the Forest" stars Inori Minase (Somali) and Daisuke Ono (Golem), and is directed by Kenji Yasuda (Satellite), who has worked on "Macross" and "Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens," and the characters are designed by Kenji Yasuda, known for "Princess Tutu" and "Yuki Nagato The character design is by Ikuko Ito, known for her work on "Princess Tutu" and "The Disappearance of Yuki Nagato Chan.

The additional cast has now been announced.

Hiroki Nanami, former male star of the Takarazuka Revue's star troupe, has been cast as Shizuno, Tatsuo Suzuki as Yabashira, Saori Hayami as Uzoi, and Tomoki Ono as High Tiger.

Tatsuo Suzuki (Yabashira)

I have been working with the directors to carefully create the story of how Yabashira lives a normal life in a world that is both warm and cruel.

Saori Hayami (Uzoi)

When I read the original story, I felt calm and gentle.
I went to the microphone hoping to express the depth of Uzoi's feelings for Hitora with my voice.
