Mr. Fujimoto was a veteran voice actor who had been active since the dawn of TV animation in the 1960s, and in addition to narrating "Tetsujin 28-go" (the first film), he was a great supporting player who played many roles of elderly and mature men.
Among his many roles, "Mr. Ajikko," in which he played the role of Emperor Aji, became a hit, and was one of his most popular characters.
