Ippudo is a ramen specialty restaurant established in Fukuoka in 1985. The restaurant offers a variety of ramen dishes, including "Hakumaru Gen-mi," which is made with Hakata thin noodles in a simple pork bone broth extracted to the utmost limit and flavored with the original taste of wheat, and "Akamaru Shin-mi," in which special flavored oil and spicy miso are added to provide depth and harmony of several different flavors.
