Kinako to Torori Yodobashi Akiba, a store specializing in takeout of freshly prepared warabimochi, is scheduled to open tomorrow, Thursday, July 7, 2012. It will be located in the free aisle on the first floor of Yodobashi Akiba. Kinako to Torori" is a take-out specialty store specializing in freshly prepared warabimochi (bracken rice cakes) with its main store in Gion, Kyoto. The store cooks the warabimochi every day in a workshop attached to the store, and Kinako-Torori carefully wraps the cooked warabimochi in carefully selected roasted soybean flour by hand.

To commemorate the opening, various events will be held for the first four days, including the sale of a limited grand opening set that includes an original Kinako Torori furoshiki (not for sale) in limited quantities and the distribution of a limited-edition opening stamp card.
