Rena Ueda plays a new character! Netflix series "Rilakkuma and the Amusement Park" will be available on August 25!

The Netflix series "Rilakkuma and the Amusement Park," which will be exclusively available on Thursday, August 25, has released a video and new cast members.

While the previous "Rilakkuma and Kaoru-san" (2019) depicted the heartwarming cohabitation of office worker Kaoru and the Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, and Kiiroitori who somehow came to live in her house, the newest installment is more fast-paced. Kaoru, Rilakkuma and her friends go out to an amusement park full of fun, but somehow they get caught up in a series of mysterious happenings ⁉ The film depicts a day in the life of Rilakkuma and her friends.

The trailer, key visual, and additional cast information have now been released.

The character "Hayate-kun," whom Mikako Tabe's Kaoru is secretly in love with, will be played by Takayuki Yamada, who can handle both serious and comical scenes. The chameleon actor, who can handle everything from serious to comical, gently leads the audience into the story with his handsome voice.

A new character, "Employee Sister," who is more serious and has a strong sense of responsibility, and is worried about her workload in order to rebuild the amusement park, will also make an appearance. This character is played by Rena Ueda, who is known for her soft and cute voice, such as that of Kanawo Kurihanari in "Demon Slayer.

In this trailer, we see the adorable Rilakkumas enjoying an amusement park attraction and getting caught up in a series of happenings. They somehow end up in a car chase with an employee's sister, or get lost in a game world with Emily, a girl who aspires to become a world-class professional gamer. ......⁉ There are plenty of unexpected developments.

The music that accompanies the heartwarming story is the relaxing theme song "Inside My Pocket" by Kururi, a rock band that "continues its journey while being influenced by a variety of music from all ages and cultures. The song gently envelops the viewer's feelings with both the eyes and ears.

Both adults and children will be cheered up by the sight of Rilakkuma, who naturally heals those around him at his own pace, no matter how hard he may be in a pinch.

＜STORY＞
Kaoru-san, Rilakkuma, and the others win tickets to Nakasugiland, an amusement park that is about to close, from a lucky draw in the shopping arcade. Rilakkuma's goal isa special pancake that can be obtained in the park's stamp rally! Meanwhile, Kaorurealizes that she has left herlunch box, which she had prepared in her haste for Hayate, who is scheduled to join them later,on the bus on the way to the park. As Kaoru-san & Korilakkuma wait for the bus to retrieve their lunch, they decide to meet up at noon, and Rilakkuma, Kiiroitori, and Tokio go on ahead to the park. In Nakasugiland, where the last parade of the day was scheduled to take place, there wasEmily, a girl who aspires tobecome a world-class professional gamer, her parents, a staff member who is running around playing several roles due to the lack of staff, and a young clown who is in love with Suzune, the park's idol,
