Special event commemorating the simultaneous terrestrial broadcast of "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T" "Abema de Shibireru Dai Hasei Matsuri 10 Hour SP" will be held on January 10 (Fri.) from 3:30 p.m.

In commemoration of the simultaneous terrestrial broadcast of the TV anime "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T," a special program "Abema de Shibireru Dai Hasei Matsuri 10 Hour SP" will be held on the "Abema Anime Channel" on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 3:30 pm.

Toaru Kagaku no Railgun" is a work featuring Mikoto Misaka, a popular character from the novel "Toaru Kagaku no Index" written by Kazuma Kamaike. The anime version, which began airing in 2009, has gained great popularity, and will begin airing on January 10, 2020 (Fri.). The long-awaited anime "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T" will begin airing simultaneously on terrestrial TV on January 10, 2020.

In commemoration of the start of simultaneous terrestrial broadcasting of the anime "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T" on the "Abema Anime Channel" of the "free internet TV station" AbemaTV, a special event "Abema Anime Channel" will be held on January 10, 2020 (Fri.). The special program "Abema de Shibireru Dai Hasei Matsuri 10 Hour SP" will be held on January 10 (Fri.), 2020, to commemorate the start of the simultaneous terrestrial broadcast of the anime "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T".

In this project, a broadcast of popular episodes of the anime "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S" (Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S), "Seimodachi Hen" (episodes 2 to 16), will begin at 15:30 on January 10. From 10:30 p.m., Rina Sato, who plays Mikoto Misaka, and Satomi Arai, who plays Kuroko Shirai, will appear in a special program, "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun: Looking Back Roundtable Discussion," in which they will look back on their memories of the popular series that has continued for over 10 years, and from 11 p.m., Sato and Arai, who appear in the special program, will pick up their From 11:00 p.m., "Memorable Episodes" picked up by Mr. Sato and Ms. Arai, who appear in the special program, will be broadcast.

From December 28, 2019 (Sat) to January 4, 2020 (Sat), the first and second seasons of the TV anime will be distributed for free on "Abema Video" (12 episodes each), and on January 3 (Fri), a one-time broadcast of "Seimodachi Hen" is scheduled on the Anime LIVE channel. The special event will also be commemorated with a special "Seinendai-hen" broadcast.

＜Introduction
A huge city in the western part of Tokyo with a total population of 2.3 million. The city is called "school city" because about 80% of its population is made up of students. In this city, the development of supernatural abilities, the power to twist the laws of the world and cause supernatural phenomena, is underway.
Students who have acquired abilities through special classes (curriculum) are evaluated from "no ability (level 0)" to "super ability (level 5)" in six levels through periodic "system scans.
At the top of the list are seven "psychics" who are considered to be the strongest. One of them is Misaka Mikoto. She is a 14-year-old junior high school student at Tokiwadai Junior High School, a prestigious school for young ladies, and is known as a "railgun," a top-level "electro-master" who can manipulate electricity at will.
Her junior and "Judgment" student is Kuroko Shirai. Her colleague, Shikari Hatsuharu, who is a lady's dreamer, and her friend, Saten Ruiko, who loves urban legends. The peaceful, ordinary, and slightly unusual daily life in the school city with these friends is about to be interrupted by a big event that happens once a year. The "Great High Star Festival". It is a huge sports festival held for seven days, where people with abilities compete in fierce battles on a school-by-school basis.
During the festival, a part of the school city was opened to the public, and everyone was in high spirits in anticipation of the lively event that would be broadcast live to the entire world. However, what was stirring behind the scenes was completely unnoticed...
