Sailor Moon Museum" to show original color drawings and goods in advance! Vol. 2 will be held in Roppongi from September 10!

The color original drawings and goods of the big exhibition "Sailor Moon Museum" Vol. 2, which will be held from September 10 (Sat.), have been revealed in advance.

⇒The exhibition will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2012 , at the "Sailor Moon Museum" in Tokyo, Japan ! Interview with Rena Ueda, Sumire Moroboshi, Yuko Hara, and Riyo Takahashi on the occasion of the opening of the first part of "Sailor Moon Eternal" the movie!

Sailor Moon" was a social phenomenon in the 1990s and remains a highly popular girls' manga even today. A major exhibition commemorating the 30th anniversary of the series, "Sailor Moon Museum," will be held from July 1, 2022, at the Roppongi Museum adjacent to Azabu Juban, the setting of the manga.


The exhibition will feature the largest-ever display of rare original color drawings, including new original drawings by Naoko Takeuchi, the original creator of the series. The exhibition also features an immersive theater and holographic manuscripts, making it a brand new exhibition that allows visitors to experience the world of Sailor Moon through a collection of over 600 items, the most ever collected by the museum.


In Vol. 2, which opens on September 10 (Sat), all of the original color drawings currently on display will be replaced by 60 color drawings mainly from Parts 3 and 4 of the original work. The exhibition will also feature beautiful original color drawings of the 10 Sailor Soldiers, including Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, Sailor Pluto, Sailor Saturn, and the other four external solar-system warriors.


Two of the original drawings scheduled to be exhibited were shown to the public in advance of the exhibition.

In addition, new original goods are now available! Here are three of them.


■Acrylic stand figure (newly drawn by the 10 Sailor Senshi)
This acrylic stand uses original drawings from the "Sailor Moon Museum".
The characters and decorations are made of separate parts, and when assembled, they create a three-dimensional effect!


■Can Badge Collection: Sailor 10 Soldiers Original Drawing (Blind) x 10 kinds
The badges are made of holograms and sparkle with glitter.
Each of the 10 badges is a design of one of the 10 Sailor Senshi from the original "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Museum" drawings, and one is included at random.


Clear file (panel layout design)
A4 clear file with graphical depiction of famous scenes from the original story.

Ticket Information
Advance tickets for Vol. 2 will be available on e-plus from 10:00 AM on August 3, 2022 (Wed.). Same-day tickets will also be available on E-Plus and at the venue counter only if there is room for more people to stay in the building.
(To reduce congestion, the date/time-specified ticket system will be used.)


Café Information
An original menu featuring the four warriors of the outer solar system, who also appear in the original color drawings, will be available. Details will be announced at a later date.
