SQUANI's "Tactics Ooga Reborn" will be released in November! The milestone in tactical RPGs has evolved and is now available on PS5/PS4/Switch/Steam!

Square Enix will release "Tactics Ogre: Reborn" on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam in November 2022.

Tactics Ogre: Reborn" is a remake based on the 2010 tactical RPG "Tactics Ogre". The game features a multi-story and multi-ending system, with different storylines and endings depending on the player's choices. The story progresses from the perspective of the main character, a young man named Denim. The decisions he is forced to make will greatly affect the fate of the people around him and the history of Valeria.

The game will be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 on November 11, 2022, and on Steam on November 12, 2022. Pre-orders are now being accepted.

The island of Valeria in the Obero Sea
This island has flourished as a transit point for maritime trade since ancient times, and there have been endless conflicts between ethnic groups over its supremacy.

There was a man who put an end to these long battles.
He was Dolgarua, later called the High King.
King Dolgarr worked to eliminate ethnic conflicts, and Valeria prospered for half a century.

After the king's death, however, the three ethnic groups vying for supremacy over his successor-the aristocratic Bakrams, the Galgastans, who comprised the majority of the population, and the Wolstans, an ethnic minority-put Valeria in a state of civil war once again.

The civil war seems to have died down, with the Bakram and Gargastan camps splitting the island in two, but no one knows that it is only a brief period of quiet...

Remake of Battle Design
The best aspects of the original "Tactics Ooga" and "Tactics Ooga: Wheel of Fortune" were adopted. In addition, new elements were incorporated to remake the battle design.

The system used in "Tactics Ooga: Wheel of Fortune" to manage levels by class has been changed to a system that manages levels by unit.
The new system allows players to simply experience the "fun of thinking" about how each unit grows with its class, how to combine armor, skills, and magic, and how to organize units to challenge battles.

<New Battle AI
Enemies' tactics change according to the shape of the battlefield and the battle situation.
This creates a battle experience that is fun to think about how to fight according to the situation and never gets boring.

<Improved playability
The game pursues ease of play, including improved battle tempo and an auto-save function. Various improvements have been made.
