＼"Ultra Seven" 55th anniversary commemoration/ The "Ultra Eye" with electronic circuits, which was thought to be impossible to realize in toys, has finally appeared!

BANDAI TOYS SHOP has started accepting pre-orders for the Ultra Replicas Ultra Seven 55th Anniversary Set (13,200 yen including tax, shipping and handling charges not included) to be shipped in March 2023.

To commemorate the 55th anniversary of "Ultra Seven" broadcast, "Ultra Seven 55th Anniversary Set" will include an Ultra Eye, a capsule monster case, and six monster capsules from the "Ultra Replicas" toy series for adults.

Until now, the thin and slender form of the Ultra Eye did not allow for the electronic components necessary for the voice gimmick to be mounted, making it impossible to reproduce the transformation sequence. However, the latest design technology has made it possible for the first time in Bandai's history to incorporate electronic circuitry in this new product.
The infrared communication gimmick makes it possible to reproduce the transformation sequence, which has been difficult to do with previous products.

By pressing the switch on the top of the Ultra Eye, the transformation sound is emitted from the capsule monster case with built-in infrared receiver.

The modeling was newly created under the supervision of LSS, Tsuburaya Productions' modeling department, using the early TV series model as a reference.

The voice variation includes not only the transformation sound, but also the sound effects of Ultra Seven's shouts and techniques.

The capsule monster case with built-in voice gimmick, the first commercialization of its kind, can reproduce the capsule monster summoning gimmick by taking out the included monster capsule. The summoned monster changes depending on the position of the capsule, and the sound of the summoned monster and the capsule monster's cry are triggered by a button operation. By taking out multiple capsules, it is possible to summon multiple monsters at the same time, as depicted in the movie.

The voice variations include the summoning sound of Miklas Windham Aguilar, the non-summoning sound depicted in the 10th episode of "Ultra Seven," and each monster's cry.

The monster capsules to be set in the capsule monster case include six different types that appeared in the TV series, based on verification of their portrayal in the film. Rather than simply using different colors, each of the six capsules is individually sculpted to reproduce the shape of the monster, including the differences in width of the silver parts.
The maximum number of pieces that can be stored in a capsule monster case is five.

This product also comes with a dedicated Ultra Eye pedestal.

Product delivery is scheduled for March 2023. Reservations will be accepted until October 3, 2022 at 11:00 p.m., but please make your reservations as early as possible, as they may be closed when the prepared number is reached.
