Himuka Shokudo is a restaurant specializing in authentic Miyazaki chicken nanban. The restaurant offers the "Authentic Miyazaki Chicken Nanban Set Meal" using the meat of a young Miyazaki chicken breast, the "Standard Chicken Nanban Set Meal" using the thigh meat of a young Miyazaki chicken, and the "Original Nobeoka Chicken Nanban Set Meal" with no tartar sauce, just a special sour sweet vinegar.

The restaurant also serves drinks such as "Chicken Nanban Exclusive Beer," which goes well with Chicken Nanban, by Miyazaki's local beer maker Hideoji, and shochu (distilled spirits) from Miyazaki Prefecture breweries.
In addition, the restaurant plans to offer a summer-only (May through October) cold soup set meal starting in late September, and a winter-only (November through April) spicy noodle set meal starting in November.
