Stromatosoft has announced a new dungeon RPG for STEAM called "Witch and Lilies" with a "yuri" theme.

In "Witch and Lilies," a full-fledged 3D dungeon RPG based on the theme of "Yuri," or the bond between girls, players lead a party of five from more than eight different jobs to conquer dungeons and uncover the mystery of the witch who created the world. While following the classic dungeon RPG with a somewhat nostalgic feel, this 3D dungeon RPG is for those who love yuri, with the bond between girls as the game's main system.

The game is currently in development for release on Steam in early 2024, with character design by magodesu of the "Space Patrol Luluko" anime series, scenario by Shin Keitoin of the "Corpse Party" and "Death end re;Quest" series, and planning by Isao Yamagishi of the "Valkyrie Profile" and The game will be produced by Stromatosoft, which has received high praise from yuri lovers for its yuri x game projects "Yuri Ranbo" and "Yaba Yuri Kai no Imouto-tachi".

The title, which features talented Japanese creators, is currently undergoing crowdfunding on CAMPFIRE from September 14, 2022 (Wednesday) in order to raise funds for its development. The title will also be exhibited at the Tokyo Game Show 2022 starting on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

As the leader of a party of adventurers, the player explores a vast labyrinth and sets out to conquer the lowest level in order to unravel the mystery of the witch who created the world. The labyrinth's layers, including dimly lit caves, subterranean lakes, volcanoes, and ancient ruins (......), have a variety of characteristics and are lurking with fearsome and unique monsters adapted to each environment.

The battle against monsters is a turn-based command battle. The bonds between the girls will play a major role in the nostalgic and profound strategic battles. Try out different combinations of party compositions and character skills to strategize against dangerous and powerful monsters.

Choose from eight distinctive jobs to create your character!

Create your own party by selecting and developing skills from the skill tree!

The party led by the player is organized by selecting up to five players from eight unique jobs. For example, there is the Warrior who excels at melee attacks, the Knight who protects the party, the Wizard who wields powerful magic, and the Scout ...... who excels at scouting and disarming traps. Each job has distinctive stats and skills, giving them very different and pointed roles. Furthermore, each job can be developed into a character with different abilities, even within the same job, through skill tree-style training.

The player's advice changes the likability between the girls!　If the bond deepens and a couple is formed, they will be even more powerful in the adventure!　Encourage your favorite couplings through strategy and proclivity!

There are sensitivity and dissatisfaction levels between the characters who join the party. Party members who reach a certain level of likability become lovers through date events and confession events. Both the date and the confession event can be developed differently depending on the personalities of the characters.

If the confession event succeeds, both parties become lovers. Once they become lovers, they can protect each other in battle, perform powerful combined attacks, and develop their adventures more favorably.

However, even after a couple is formed, they are not free to relax. Sometimes a love triangle arises within the party ......!　Jealousy and frustration can lead to the couple's breakup. Players need to pay attention to the relationships among party members. On the other hand, by successfully connecting the relationships, it is also possible to establish three or more couples and make the adventure very advantageous.

As the leader of the party, you must manage the likability among the members, thinking about which couplings are effective for the adventure (and in your taste) to be formed. Do you stand in the way of protecting couples to avoid love triangles?　Do you aim to have more than three people in the party, or even all of the party members become lovers?　It's up to your strategy and proclivities.
