Free-to-play action shooter "Overwatch 2" will be available on PC and consoles on October 5!

A launch trailer has been released for "Overwatch 2" for Windows PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, which will be available on October 5.

Overwatch 2" is a team-based action shooter by Blizzard Entertainment. The game has moved to a free-to-play model based on the belief that games should be played and enjoyed with friends.

For those already playing "Overwatch," the PC version of "Overwatch 2" will be available for pre-download on October 1 at around 5:30 a.m. Pre-download of the console version will be available at around 5:30 a.m. on October 1. The console version of the game will be available for pre-download starting around 1:00 a.m. on October 5.

The first "Overwatch" can be enjoyed until the end of October 3. The day after that, the servers will be down for a day to prepare for the release.

Currently, all past season-only items can be redeemed for a limited time, so use the remaining Hero Dust to unlock them.
