EA and Koei Tecmo present the much-awaited "Japanese-style hunting game! WILD HEARTS" 7-minute gameplay video and beautiful screen shots!

EA Originals and Koei Tecmo Games release the new "WILD HEARTS" for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on February 17, 2023. A gameplay trailer and screenshots have been released.

WILD HEARTS" is a hunting action game in which players fight giant beasts by making full use of the innovative crafting element "Karakuri. The game is developed by ω-Force, a studio of Koei Tecmo Games that produces numerous action games such as the "Musou" series.

The setting is a fantastical medieval Japan. The player sets out on a journey as the only beast-hunter (shishigari) who handles the ancient "karakuri" technology. Up to three players can play cooperatively.

In this gameplay video, the player hunts the giant beast "Yamaugachi" with his friends. The advanced Karakuri technology is also shown in the video. You will be drawn into the flexible and creative hunting grounds.
The springtime "Hana Kasumi no Oka" surrounded by flowers, one of the four hunting grounds divided into the four seasons, is also worth a look.

Co-op cross-play is supported, allowing up to three players to hunt beasts together. By having multiple players fight using a variety of weapons and karakuri, you can broaden your strategy and confront enemies that are difficult to defeat alone.
Players can also seamlessly join other players in the hunt through the "Gates of Dreams" scattered throughout the hunting grounds.

<Story
WILD HEARTS" takes place in medieval Japan, in the Land of Azuma. Once inhabited by many people, the "beasts" that have evolved through their own fusion with nature have expanded their influence, and now most of the land is about to be swallowed up by the realm of the beasts.
After an epic battle with the ice and snow wolf "Rasetsu," the hero becomes a master of the ancient technology of "karakuri," and throws himself into the hunt to restore the old way of life to the Land of Azuma, where the threat of the beasts looms.
