The poster of the movie "THE FIRST SLAM DUNK," which will be roadshowed on December 3, 2022 (Saturday), has been unveiled. A special program to release new information, an additional request for Mubichiket cards, which have sold out, and the release of a book related to the movie were also announced.

SLAM DUNK" was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 1990 to 1996, and has been adapted into TV anime, theater anime, and video games. It is a milestone in basketball manga, with many boys and girls taking up basketball all over Japan, and a scholarship program was established. The movie "THE FIRST SLAM DUNK" will be written and directed by the original author, Takehiko Inoue.

On October 15 (Sat), movie theaters nationwide began displaying this poster, newly drawn by Takehiko Inoue. The five members of the group are looking at each other as if they are getting fired up.

The new information will be revealed in a special program premiering on Toei Animation's official YouTube channel on November 4, 2022 (Fri.) at 20:00, so don't miss it.

Additional Mubichiket cards with original goods are now being accepted!

Mubicichet Card with Original Goods", available exclusively at Seven-Eleven (Seven Net Shopping), Lawson (@Loppi, HMV & BOOKS online), and FamilyMart, was sold out in September, and will be available additionally from October 28 (Fri.).

There are two types of goods: "acrylic board" and "cloth poster. The goods and Mubichike card design will depict "Ryota Miyagi," "Hisashi Mitsui," "Kaede Nagarekawa," "Hanamichi Sakuragi," and "Goken Akagi" on a single card.

Two consecutive months of movie-related books will be released!

A whole volume of "SLAM DUNK" JUMP is now available! SLAM DUNK JUMP," which contains 24 selected episodes that form the basis of the story from the original 276 episodes, will go on sale on November 8 (Tuesday). In this one volume, you can savor the formation and miraculous evolution of the Shohoku High School basketball club.

In addition, a special book "THE FIRST SLAM DUNK re:SOURCE (Resource)" will be released on December 15 (Thu.) to further enjoy this work. The book is a must-see for fans, containing and analyzing the "foundation" for the creation of this work, including many precious illustrations drawn by Mr. Takehiko Inoue during the production process and a long interview.

A boys' manga by Inoue Takehiko serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from issue #42 in 1990 to issue #27 in 1996.
