New Juvenile RPG "LOOP8" System Introduction PV and Characters Revealed! Also announced the splendid staff including Shingo Adachi!

The release date of the completely new juvenile RPG "LOOP8" for Switch, PS4, and Xbox One has been set for March 16, 2023. A new PV and characters have been revealed.

LOOP8" is a juvenile RPG set in a nostalgic rural area, where the main character "repeats" the month of August and fights against the evil "Kegai" with his friends. The scenario is based on the "Sword Dance" series.

The scenario was written by Yuri Shibamura of "Sword Dance" fame, and the characters were designed by En Morikura of "Kizuna Eye" and Shingo Adachi of "Sword Art Online" fame.

The 2nd Trailer: An Introduction to the System

In the second trailer released this time, the characteristic Karel system and the battle system, in which human relationships with other characters are important, are introduced.

Character visuals and profiles of the main character, Niji (played by Takehito Kajiwara), Konoha (played by Azumi Waki), and Ichika (played by Aoi Koga) have also been released.

Nijuni
CV. Takehito Kajiwara
His Japanese name is Taichiro Oyama, and his real name is Nous Nemo. He is the main character of this work, and is a first-year student who has transferred to Reed Plains Middle and High School.
He arrived on Earth to escape from the attack on the space station "Kibo," where he was living. His parents died in the attack.
Although she is bewildered by the culture of the Earth, she gradually begins to look forward through interaction with the people of the town, but a harsh fate awaits her there....
He possesses a special power called "Miki no Sai," which allows him to see through everything.

Konoha
CV: Azumi Waki
Her real name is Oyama Konoha.
She is the heroine of this story and a first-year student at Asihara Chutsu High School. She is a distant relative of Nini, and currently lives alone for various reasons, doing household chores while living in high school.
She has a motherly personality, and immediately takes care of Nini when she suddenly moves into the house.
Her ancestors have been shrine priests for generations, but she was not chosen as a miko when she was a child.

Ichika
CV: Aoi Koga
Her real name is Sakuya (Ichika) and she has no last name.
Like Nini, she is a first-year high school student who transferred to Asihara Chutsu High School. In order to fulfill the great mission assigned to her, she struggles alone without the understanding of those around her.
In fact, she is an extremely naive young lady who is a warrior and a priestess called "Kamiuchi no miko," who has been trained as a gifted warrior and a trump card against the Kegai.
On the other hand, she is not familiar with the world in general, and is considered a rather mysterious girl.

Beni
CV: Megu Umezawa
Her real name is Benihime Tenno.
She is an angel of God who takes Nini to a harsh fate. She used to be a human, and she became Benihime because of the remnants of that time, and it seems that she has some, but not all, memories of when she was human.
To ordinary humans, she looks like an ordinary girl, but to Nini, who possesses the "talent of seeing demons," she looks like a fox girl.
Since she has been noticed for her ability, she has been thinking of using Nini as an asset to the gods' side in their war against the Kegai.

Hoori
CV: Taku Yatsushiro
His real name is Hoori Sachi.
He was in a serious accident and was on the verge of death, but after about a year in the hospital, he returned to school. He is therefore older than the other first-year students, but like Nini and the others, he is a first-year student at Ashihara Junior and Senior High School.
His hobby is surfboarding, and he is so good at it that he has competed in national competitions. He is also a beautiful man, but he is not interested in women, and he always tries to mess with Nini. He has his own reasons for doing so, but they are different from his own...

Monkey
CV: Suzuki Yoshiaki
Real name is Kunihiko Sawada.
First-year student at Reedwingschutz High School, born and raised in Reedwingschutz Town. He is a very caring person.
He is a member of a baseball club that is short on members. He is also underachieving in school.
His father died early in life, and he is now a single mother. When he was in elementary school, he was good at climbing trees, which earned him the nickname "Monkey" or "Saruta.
He also has a hawkish personality, and is not easily moved by the sight of a kegai.

Makina
CV: Maki Kawase
Her real name is Hazuchi-Makina Rothboden.
Her age is unknown, but considering the year she was made, she is close to Nini and the others. She considers herself a failure because she is not a real human being, and she is deeply hurt by this fact.
She considers Nini, who came from the outside, to be a failure as well, and therefore feels sympathy for Nini.
When she is not working at night on her father's orders to defeat the Kegai, she is making knitted goods, a specialty of hers. He summons a wide variety of firearms and uses them as weapons.
