Charcoal grilled eel specialty restaurant "Eel, Charcoal Grilled Hitsumabushi Minokin Kanda Honten" is scheduled to open tomorrow, Saturday, October 22, at 11:00. The location is near Nerisei Koen Street, in front of "Motizuki Curry. It is located near Nerisei Koen Dori in front of Mochizuki Curry, on the site of the former "Charcoal Kabayaki Kabakin Suehirocho Honten," which closed on Monday, September 19.

Minokin is the second branch of "Eel Charcoal Grilled Hitsumabushi Minokin" in Gifu Prefecture, which is blessed with the clear waters of the Kiso San-river, which nurtures high-quality eels, and the first in Tokyo. The menu at the Kanda main store includes "Unadon-nami (eel bowl) with pickles and soup" 3,750 yen (including tax), which features freshly grilled crispy eel and Hatsushimo rice (produced in Gifu Prefecture), and "Hitsumabushi (with pickles, dashimaki-tamago and soup)" 3,950 yen (including tax), which is served with green onion, seaweed and other condiments and topped with soup stock to enjoy the aroma of jiyaki. The menu includes "Hitsujimabushi (with spices, dashimaki-tamago, and soup)" for 3,950 yen (tax included).
