This time, all the product information of the theme song of "Pokémon the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back EVOLUTION", "Kaze to Issho ni" by Sachiko Kobayashi & Shoko Nakagawa, has been released.

The Pokémon-patterned CD jacket is a reprint of the jacket design of Sachiko Kobayashi's "Kaze to Issho ni", the theme song of "Pokémon the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back", which was released in 1998, and features a fantastic illustration of the phantom Pokémon Mew.

The album will also include a new song, "Type: Wild," sung by Ms. Nakagawa, and a remastered version of Sachi & Juri's "Pocket ni Fantasy," a Pokémon classic sung by Sachiko Kobayashi, as a bonus track.

Sung by Shoko Nakagawa, "Type: Wild" will be the ending theme for the TV anime "Pokemon Sun & Moon," which will air on Sunday, July 7. This song was also originally used as the ending theme for the TV animation "Pokemon" in 1998, and is still a well-known song loved by Pokemon fans. The melody of "Kaze to Issho ni" is used in the introduction of the song, and Mr. Nakagawa also sings "Kaze to Issho ni", the theme song of "Mewtwo Strikes Back: EVOLUTION". Nakagawa is full of love for Pokemon.
The combination of Ms. Nakagawa's Pokémon-loving voice and Kenichi Maeyamada's (Hyada-in) production team has created a new "Type: Wild" that can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike, transcending time.

In addition, the limited edition comes with a special Pikachu card for the Pokémon Card Game and a "mmts" Pokémon-patterned clear pouch (one of five types at random) co-produced by Mr. Nakagawa and BEAMS. Pokémon fans will want to get their hands on this voluminous set.

In addition, additional dates have been announced for the "Pokédachi Tour," in which Ms. Nakagawa will travel around Japan to meet "Pokédachi" throughout the country to commemorate the release of "Kaze to Issho ni" (With the Wind).
In addition to Ms. Nakagawa, Ms. Kobayashi, Pokémon Kids 2019, Pikachu, and Mewtwo will gather at Lazona Kawasaki in Kanagawa Prefecture on July 14 (Sun).

In addition, on Friday, August 16, Ms. Nakagawa will hold her first event for children, "Shoko Nakagawa Family Concert 2019 - Ehon Totan no Sekai" at Koshigaya Sun City Hall Small Hall. The event was realized with Ms. Nakagawa's wish to "bring the door of dreams to children," and will include Ms. Nakagawa's original picture book reading and singing popular songs for children.
The "Pokédachi Tour" and family concerts have been a great success with families and children in attendance. We hope to see you at a venue near you.

Here are some comments from Mr. Nakagawa and Ms. Maeyamada.

Type: Wild" is a song full of memories for Pokemon lovers. I am very excited to sing such a song. This song is also a shout-out to everyone who loves Pokemon, so I'll be happy if you can get excited with me!

Kenichi Maeyamada (Hyadyne)
I arranged the song to feel the bright sunshine of "Pokemon Sun & Moon," which is currently airing, while also having the image of "Type: Wild" sung by Satoshi (Rika Matsumoto). We made a lot of places where everyone can speak up, so we hope you will join us in cheering them on.
