At that time, the doctor diagnosed that I have a condition that causes pain when I perform physical activities that require large movements due to my natural constitution. I have been refraining from performing activities that would cause physical strain, such as dancing that requires large movements, in my activities and all the content I participate in.
Later, the above-mentioned illness was revealed. The doctor has told me that the disease is unlikely to get better and that I should continue to refrain from exercises that put excessive stress on my body, as the disease can progress depending on the physical load.
