The latest episode synopsis and advance scene cuts from the fourth season of thefall 2022 anime"Golden Kamui" have been released.

Based on Satoru Noda's hit manga, which won the 22nd Osamu Tezuka Cultural Award "Manga Grand Prize" and was completed in "Weekly Young Jump" in April 2022. It depicts the battle over buried treasure and Ainu culture, including hunting and gourmet food. A live-action film adaptation is also in the works, and the momentum is not slowing down yet!

The fourth season of the TV anime is airing every Monday on TOKYO MX, Yomiuri TV, and other stations. The synopsis of the 6th episode (episode 42) and advance scene cuts have now been released.

The synopsis and prior scene cuttings are as follows.
Episode 42 "Sweet Lie"
Lieutenant Tsurumi visits Noboribetsu before heading to Omari and receives a tattooed human skin that is said to belong to Miyakotan, which Ariko brought back. The next day, however, Ariko takes Lt. Tsurumi's tattooed human skin and escapes. On his way there, he is joined by Tsuetan, who was thought to be dead.
At first glance, this action appears to be a betrayal by Ariko, but there is more to it. Lieutenant Tsurumi, who had discovered the relationship between Ariko and Hijikata's camp, blackmailed him into carrying the tattooed human skin and infiltrating as a double agent. How does Hijikata react to this ingenious trap?
