GiGO's Taiyaki Akihabara Store has been selling "POPTEPIC Yaki," a taiyaki in collaboration with "POPTEPIC" since November 5 (Sat.). The shop is located on the first floor of the "GiGO Akihabara No. 5 Building," an amusement facility next to Tokyo Radio Department Store.

POPTEPIC" is a "shitty anime" based on a work by Bukubu Okawa (distributed by Takeshobo's "Manga Life WIN"), which was broadcast in 2018 and also won the "Yahoo Search Award 2018 Anime Category Award" and "13th Seiyu Award Synergy Award". "POPTEPIC," which aired in 2018 and won the "Yahoo Search Grand Prize 2018 Anime Category Award" and the "13th Seiyu Award Synergy Award," among others, for its innovative techniques, such as broadcasting the same footage in Part A and Part B with only different voice actors and live-action voice actors. In October 2022, the second season of "POPTEPIC: The Second TV Animation Series" will begin airing.
