The "EATEMASU" is a brand of character wagashi whose name is an abbreviation of "edible mascot," and uses bean paste, sugar, glutinous rice flour, and other ingredients to express the characteristics of the characters. These new type of wagashi are not only delicious, but also beautifully crafted and so cute that it is a shame to eat them, expressing the character's lovability.
